Bio
Emma Studebaker (they/them) was born and raised in LA and is currently pursuing a Masters in Education with an Education Specialist Credential. Emma is thrilled to be starting at New Los Angeles this fall as the 8th grade Resource Teacher! For the last three years, they taught first and second grade and prior to that, Emma was a paraeducator in a 6th and 7th grade resource room at a charter school. Emma is passionate about encouraging learners to discover tools for their success in school. Outside of teaching and learning, Emma enjoys watching women's sports (LA Sparks and Angel City Football Club), cooking, drawing, and playing guitar.
