Bio
Gerardo is a South Central Los Angeles native. He graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a BA in Comparative World Literature which helped him find joy in reading, something that has been troublesome growing up. He loves sports (primarily soccer & football) and video games. He brings his interests, nerdiness and excessive energy into class to help create a welcoming environment with teachers. As a paraprofessional, he tends to all students at the best of his abilities, making sure students are well supported and heard.
